Great culture in the company. They tried hard to live what they were selling and teaching. But the compensation and incentives were lacking as well as professional development.

Lots of new hires, people are ramping and some people are slowly getting up to speed. If you don’t prospect and put in the work you don’t necessarily see the success you would hope.
