Changes are happening. Marketing is improving. The biggest thing a potential rep needs to understand is this is a full lifecycle role right now. You have to prospect. If you expect to come in a do great without prospecting you’ll be sorely disappointed. Accelerators are richer than I’ve seen anywhere else in tech, hitting both within the quarter and the year.
