Overall I have had a positive experience at Axiom. Recently they changed the compensation plan to make it more difficult for sales to achieve quotas as well as put a curve into the payout structure. These changes could be being initiated by the PE firm ownership or the leadership. Culture has changed recently as well.

Axiom has solid product market fit but the compensation package does not make sense for sellers.

They promote internally however they do not pay internal promoters anywhere near what they pay external hires or close to what the market pays for this. It is private equity backed so there is no equity or other perks to the compensation.

Horrific management from all angles with clear favoritism on leads. No further development and only cared about your pipeline. I would not recommend Axiom to anyone looking for a role.
