They promote internally however they do not pay internal promoters anywhere near what they pay external hires or close to what the market pays for this. It is private equity backed so there is no equity or other perks to the compensation.

Very US centric. Culture was good until a few years ago, but has recently been ruined by aggressive growth plan set by the US (targets went 10x YOY for some people - yes you read it right) and aggressive hiring.
