Very chaotic- the ICs and leadership turned over multiple times in my tenure, and there is a drastic lack of stability in the company. Everyone is nice and means well, but no one here knows how to run a SaaS business.

Very niche product and not competitive in market. Unrealistic goals. Priorities always change. Leaders cannot be trusted. Expected to work late nights and over weekends. Managers are incompetent and professionally immature. Beware to new hires - you will not hit ramp goal, and you will not be a consistent performer.

Horrible management on the sales team. Extreme levels of micromangement and if you don't do things their way then you're in the wrong. Product itself is an overpriced "nice to have" and will be made obsolete by AI in the very near future.
