Axon is a fast growing company that doesn't have the training or the leadership to help them scale. It's a mess internally with constant leadership and GTM strategy changes, seems like every 6 months.

So far Axon appears to be a company that really invests in its sellers and enables them to have the proper access to be successful and to continue developing your all around sales skills.

Just wanted to share that only 4 East coast Inside sales reps hit quota Q3 2023 out of around 35-40 reps. Not sure how many hit quota on the West coast, but it concerns me with how low attainment is in inside sales.
