Currently interviewing for the Enterprise team, which I’m excited for. I’ve seen a few reviews mentioning that it is a “tough” team to be a part of. What have reps done well to succeed on this team? For those that failed, what were some of their obvious mistakes?

Seeing some strong positive reviews from reps. What are some regionally geo’s where reps / teams struggle more?

For the Commercial/ Non LE team, and for the Enterprise level roles, I see 50% travel is expected. Is this realistic? Meaning if you are living in territory you are on the road half the month or flying to customers?

How often does the compensation plan change at Axon, and what criteria are used to determine sales territories?

For anyone currently working at Axon, what is the impression you get from the ‘DRS’ vertical? Axon is currently looking for an Inside AE to sell this software exclusively as a Product Overlay. It appears they are looking for one West Coast rep, and one East Coast rep. Would this be a good move?

Can someone explain more about the XSPP? Is this a large benefit?

Any insight into specifically the Private Security Vertical (Casinos, Sports Stadiums, Malls, and security companies) and how it has compared to sales success in the other Enterprise Verticals?

Pretty far along on the sales cycle for Enterprise Sales in the verticals of either Healthcare or Retail. What is more desired internally and why? I know there has been success in both but is one a harder sale than the other? Larger OTE in one or the other? Any context would be very helpful. Thanks!
