Axon is overall one of the best sales organization in the world. The goals are always challenging as the company has grown at a ~30% CAGR for the last 10+ years, so be prepared to work hard to hit ambitious goals. Some teams have outstanding leadership, others not so much.

Just wanted to share that only 4 East coast Inside sales reps hit quota Q3 2023 out of around 35-40 reps. Not sure how many hit quota on the West coast, but it concerns me with how low attainment is in inside sales.
