Transformative company for my career. High expectations at Axon - if you're not stack ranking in top 10-20% at your current company, you wont do well here (and you likely wont get through intvw process. Fast moving and have to succeed in ambiguous environments pretty often. If you can drive top notch results in those environments, youll make $$$$$

If you accept a position with this company you'll need to be a selfish seller to be successful. They burn through reps for a myriad of reason, if you go into it understanding you will never have job security then the pay-off is worth it. They have a great product and great customer base, but the culture blows.
