However the sales structure is a bit too politicized with people handling a managerial role for the first time and not knowing what to do . The sad part is that there's always this promise of upward mobility which was never respected on their end despite the reps over achieving their quota for many quarters , and this has led to a huge distrust towards the sales leadership.
