1st product with too niched market, 2nd product competing too clearly against free. Expectations to reach exponantial sales are difficult to live up too.

You are only paid after the company gets paid, you can be waiting months after a 12 month sales cycle. Management silos reps from each other and everyone walks around on thin ice.
