Good company culture with great training and leadership, just oversaturated market with hard quota to hit, also commission structure makes it hard to earn.

Large volume of competitors with like options. Limited tools and lack of more advanced industry training make for a steep learning curve.

Culture is good - everyone is friendly, there a lot of fun people that work here. The turnover is outrageous. Prioritize looking successful rather than being successful - software/tools that were everyday tools and vital to day-to-day were cut out to save money.. things like prospecting tools (Zoominfo), carrier vetting and legitimacy tools (Carrier 411), DAT, etc....Read More
