Vast majority of employees in sales who have been here for 1 year haven’t seen a commission check yet and live off the 40k draw, which is a joke. Prioritize looking successful rather than being successful - software/tools that were everyday tools and vital to day-to-day were cut out to save money.. things like prospecting tools (Zoominfo), carrier vetting and legitimacy tools (Carrier 411), DAT, etc....Read More
