Current Employee Culture is good - everyone is friendly, there a lot of fun people that work here.
The turnover is outrageous. Prioritize looking successful rather than being successful - software/tools that were everyday tools and vital to day-to-day were cut out to save money.. things like prospecting tools (Zoominfo), carrier vetting and legitimacy tools (Carrier 411), DAT, etc.
Expected to generate book of business with no prospecting, lead qualification or CRM tools.
You're in charge of your own book of business, "cradle-to-grave" which is nice - but you will be expected to manage that the day to day operations of that book as well, without the support of CRM tools or carrier vetting tools.
