I’ve really enjoyed my time here at BMC. The team has been supportive, the work has pushed me to grow, and I’ve gained a lot of valuable experience in the software space. It’s been a solid environment for developing my sales skills and building strong relationships with customers and leadership.

Organization picks favorites. Leadership is poor at training a new rep to get them to understand how to navigate things internally. Never a clear definition of what your role is and the expectations.
