Phenomenal company. The company is built and continuing to build the right way. In the US, BambooHR is truly a leading HRIS within the industry. Product Market-Fit A+. There's still some work to do on the global level, but even then people from all over the world have heard about BambooHR and excited to check us out. Very reputable brand. Tons of training and enablement.

I’ve really been impressed with leadership and the amount of effort BambooHR puts into training their employees. There is a clear path to progression and promotions and the pay is fair as you move up in the organization. Really the only thing I wish BambooHR offered was quota relief for time off. But I’m really happy and don’t plan to leave anytime soon.
