Personio is a great company to work. When you like constant change in a scale up Personio is the place to be. Still compensation is still not were the market is for a company this size and could be improved. There were made changes but still not on market average in certain positions .

Great company, great culture, really great Leadership. Of course performance culture & pressure to deliver results and I think that is a good thing. Great Opportunities to grow (if you are patient and put in the work in your current role and deliver results).
