Overall good experience with team and staff. Once COVID hit most all support fell apart. They got bought out and culture declined and quotas went up.

However, recent changes in leadership and management have detracted from what made it a valued place to work. The company seems to have shifted its focus away from innovation in products and the well-being of its employees, who were instrumental in its success.

My overall experience was average at best. Senior management is clueless here and they only hire internally for these roles. Usually someone whose been with the company for years does not matter qualifications or best fit for the role.
