Current Employee Been an SDR here for a while and wanted to share my experience. The best part is how management gives reps real autonomy. When inbound leads slowed down (an ongoing issue for the past year), they fully supported us developing our own outbound campaigns. This has been great for building prospecting skills.
Pay is industry standard, and while marketing struggles have affected lead flow, the flexibility to focus on outbound helps balance things out. Leadership trusts us to figure out what works. If you're self-driven and don't mind putting in the work, there's definitely potential for success in the AP automation space.
