Nepotism runs wild. Promotions not based on merit, but those who play the game the best. Very limited roles for upward mobility, and leadership is terrible; just look at near 100% turnover in certain sales orgs. Would not recommend for any level sales hires. Products are not innovative - much better roles out there for folks wanting a long term career at a high innovation, high job satisfaction org - BD ain’t it.

Sales incentives are on a ramp. You do not make money until you are at 80% of quota.
