Very limited roles for upward mobility, and leadership is terrible; just look at near 100% turnover in certain sales orgs. Would not recommend for any level sales hires. Products are not innovative - much better roles out there for folks wanting a long term career at a high...Read More

Former Employee3.0Dec 1, 2023My overall experience at BD was positive as an early-career sales person. Their compensation was much better prior to 2018. It's been declining in comparison to other industry roles since then. However, opportunities to continue growing as an individual contributor were limited and advancement by working for a different business unit was not encouraged.
