Former Employee3.6Dec 15, 2023Good product mix and great team mates, long interview process. I was promised a different income (considerably higher at first). They operate more like a med supply company than a med device company. Just OK.

Former Employee3.0Dec 1, 2023My overall experience at BD was positive as an early-career sales person. Their compensation was much better prior to 2018. It's been declining in comparison to other industry roles since then. However, opportunities to continue growing as an individual contributor were limited and advancement by working for a different business unit was not encouraged.
