How would you describe the interview process for the role you applied for, and what should others expect, pros and cons, etc?

The quality of candidates we are taking on is far less than what it was a month ago.  They will put you through an intensive interview trying to understand your morales and beliefs.  Looking back, I think it's to help identify if you are of the sheep mentality they want.
