How many steps are there in the interview process for an AE role?

How is the Higher-Ed vertical at Workday doing? I understand that selling into these or getting into these institutions is a difficult and long process, but I would love to hear anyone's perspective.

Curious about feedback on the Specialized AE role - specifically in the talent/TA space. Are HR & TA buyers adding AI tools? Or because the market is slow right now, are these deals not progressing? I’m sure it’s dependent on the industry, etc, but overall, I feel like HR tech is slowing down

Do all new hire (customer/net-new) AEs go out to HQ for sales boot camp/training or just those in the growth segments?
