Former Employee I enjoyed my time at Betterworks and was giving the resources to succeed. You have to be willing to work hard and be able to adapt to constant changes in leadership throughout the company. I was reassigned to 5 different AE’s and territories during my time there. The head of sales development was also changed 3x. They have a great product but it requires companies to do performance management in a very specific way and only fit companies that wanted to modernize the way they did performance management. The direction and future of the company is unsure and they have a lot to figure out before both SDRs and AE’s consistently hit quota. There is a lot of pressure on the sdr team which leads to tension between the AE team and sdr team since the AEs aren’t closing that many deals and the sdr’s are compensated fairly well for opportunities they create. It was a big thing because some sdr’s were getting higher commission checks then most of the AEs
