Current Employee Great product vision, but lack of product quality and maturity are reducing upsell opportunities. Solution is often more like a „nice to have“ than a „must have“ for customers & prospects which leads to very long sales cycles and low closing rates.
The majority of the employees are great people and always willing to support, very high fluctuation on sales management level creates uncertainty. Responsibilities changed approximately one to twice a year. Recent changes feeling more negative than positive.
