Former Employee Everyone is "nice" at this company. The stand-alone products are also top of the line in this relatively commoditized space. However, the company is not aware of their customer's wants, needs, and challenges. It is apparent with the unfortunate lack of development in the right areas and their unwillingness to hire more clinical support, despite constant customer complaints. They need a strong sales and customer feedback loop to understand the physicians more and ruthlessly push in that direction. I was a rep for 4 years and never was consulted on what my customers wanted. Browse Other Reviews
