Pay is extremely low. Work life balance/flexibility is great. Product market fit is ok. Used to be better. We are trying to do too much in my opinion. Leadership could care less about employees and feedback in our annual survey. We are all just line items on a spreadsheet at the end of the day but care a little bit more about what you pay employees and the feedback that they provide.

Great people, leadership is really pushing for an IPO or to be bought and it is obvious. Pay is ridiculously low but a great place to grow and learn a lot and make a name for yourself if you have good ideas and willing to work hard. Late stage startup but a lot of growing pains. Processes are not hammered out and restructuring internally way too much.
