Too nuanced in the sales process, too many boxes to check. Got in their own way for success. Lot of turnover. Poor management, lots of micromanagement. Not a place for seasoned sales professionals, best for young people just starting out. Pay is considerably lower than market value.

Blackbaud is a great company to get started with but they pay infamously low compared to other SaaS companies. They want you to be an SDR/BDR and an AE. There is low inbound leads, I generated 85% of my leads and didn't make enough money to spend all of my time on the phones. If you have an offer anywhere else, take it.
