The best part of this company was my fellow sales colleagues, who are incredibly kind, smart, and hardworking. The quota is absolutely not easy to hit with avg deal size and product fit (14% of enterprise corporate AE's actually hit quota in 2023.) AE’s at INDG make an ok base and basically you don’t have to do any work. 9-5 and nobody (even managers) don’t work hard throughout the day.
