Great company many years ago. The company has lost its way and it's likely due to another round of investors and ELT hires. Bloomerang has a great product market fit for small to medium nonprofits. There's increased pressure to move up market to enterprise organizations but the product is lacking basic functionality for those groups. Sales is under the most pressure in years due to poor budget planning and unattainable numbers. Tough time to join the company.

Overall, my experience at Bloomerang has been good. Going through some management changes at the moment so as a team we are not entirely sure how to feel. As a BDR compensation is a bit low in comparison to the market value for an outbound BDR but working in the nonprofit space that comes with the territory.

Great company with open and honest leadership. Lots of opportunity for connections even though it’s remote first. Love the BDR team and all the leadership and culture there!
