Great company, great product market fit. Commission structure is good only down side is low base pay. But I guess that comes with the space we sell too. Very fulfilling job working with nonprofits

Great company many years ago. The company has lost its way and it's likely due to another round of investors and ELT hires. Bloomerang has a great product market fit for small to medium nonprofits. Good mission driven company with people who care about the non profits they serve. If you only want to maximize your earnings look elsewhere but if you care about the work you do and the clients you serve this is a good place to be

Solid experience with room to grow. A lot of leadership turnover and expansion struggles as an AE. Developing a stronger product training plan but minimal at best. Solid company to work for just experiencing growing pains.
