Solid product-market-fit for Enterprise and Large Enterprise segment. Great culture of professional development for ICs and leaders. Really enjoyed working with the leadership team and the peer groups. Core product needed an advancement.

Worst comp structure in the industry. A messily 4.5% for upsell and it’s on premise software. It’s nearly 98% profit margin and they give us a messily 4.5%. No decent salesperson should join this company
