My experience with BlueOptima has been a rollercoaster, with fantastic colleagues but poor leadership and management guiding the business. There is great potential for the business but the expectations set by management are typically unrealistic.

The product is a great fit for the market but the internal workings of Blueoptima are not positive. Leadership and specifically the sales leadership are combative and do not support the sales team effectively.

Receive good training (technical and sales). Opportunity to quickly climb the career ladder. However, overhired within sales team and strictly limited number of deals you could manage limiting your earning potential.
