My overall experience at Bonterra was just fine. The team at Bonterra is full of smart, capable individuals but it's clear the goal of becoming "One Bonterra" is daunting and hasn't gone smoothly. The decisions of leadership led to unnecessary ambiguity, stress, and frustration across all levels and teams. It became difficult to solve problems, motivate our teams to succeed, and stay motivated in your role.

Leadership doesn’t care about listening to employees. Unrealistic quotas monthly.

No team members in the F+E Installed Based team are on track to hit quota. Sales enablement is using outdated methodology (Sandler). Leadership is not accountable for their failures across the board. Base compensation is not in line with what is typical for a full-cycles sales rep.
