Bonterra has a massive road ahead of them. They have stripped just about every worthy leader of getting them through this next phase. Great products, with absolutely no leads coming in from anywhere. The website relaunch in October was an absolute disaster that I think will take years of undoing. Would not recommend working here anytime for the next few years. They may get there, but it’s going to take a very very long time with tons of budget cuts along the way. The latest leadership that is in seat in was clearly lied to from previous HORRENDOUS leadership that did nothing for Bonterra for years. It’s a disaster still, don’t do it.

Not a place you want to be right now. The company has had 3 CEO’s in less than two years and have laid off over 30% of the company in 2023 alone. The company is only interested in success of a few while the rest starve for leads and accounts.
