Aside from the compensation structure there are many good things about the company, role, product and leadership team. Unfortunately, the comp plans were botched in 2024 and 3-5 reps ended up making $600,000 to $1,000,000, while overall attainment company wide was 20%. Targets then increased up to 58% the following year despite this exceptionally low attainment, seemingly to avoid the acceleration disaster.

This company is volatile and they have surprise layoffs frequently. They are very internally disorganized and it hurt the earning and promotion potential of many employees.

Boomi is a phenomenal, industry leading product that I am so confident in. The leadership is great, but very hands on. The issues are simply lead Gen and the way we funnel leads to AE's, and SC support is spread incredibly thin across our business.
