The product is actually pretty good and there is a need for it. Culture was overall pretty strong. That’s where the pros end. Upper management either doesn’t know how to lead, or they’re over their skis and just making things up as they go. Leadership turnover is so frequent , some reps has had 4-5 managers in 2 years. As soon as you get used to a new VP or manager they get fired and then you have to learn a new manager all over again.
