Boomi is an absolute dumpster fire. Sales is a clown show, but run by clowns in training . . . These dudes are all ex-Mulesoft mouthbreathers who couldn't sell there way out of a box. Marketing is non-existent, no investment in the platform, and no one is hitting quota . . . Take the opportunity if you must, but there is a near certainty you get caught up in a RIF, because they happen monthly. The key initiative right now is on culling field sales as much as possible and running everything through an inside team in Vancouver that's paid cents on the dollar.

Not great not bad, so many changes to the Commercial org within the first year along with constant changes in leadership make it hard to keep focused. Not too many reps hitting quota or near hitting quota along a rolling 30 window of reps getting PIP'd.
