Former Employee My overall experience with Brandwatch was the epitome of a mixed review. I first joined when the company was flourishing as Falcon.io that was merging with Brandwatch at the time. Great people, amazing product, and a fun culture.
However leadership decisions, lead distribution, achievable targets, a plethora of mergers / acquisitions, and extreme lack of product development over 2 years are the root causes of what is steering a sinking ship. Until changes are made from multiple levels and management is on the same page, I wouldn't recommend working at Brandwatch.
