My overall experience with Brandwatch was the epitome of a mixed review. I first joined when the company was flourishing as Falcon.io that was merging with Brandwatch at the time. Great people, amazing product, and a fun culture. However leadership decisions, lead distribution, achievable targets, a plethora of mergers / acquisitions, and extreme lack of product development over 2 years are the root causes of what is steering a sinking ship. Until changes are made from multiple levels and management is on the same page, I wouldn't recommend working at Brandwatch.

With the new leadership and the merging of various business units, it was hard for management to figure out the best approach and team structure. This affected the sales team globally, adding conflicts between teams. Resources are poor which makes it hard to grow the market and have a constant healthy pipeline
