Very solid experience overall, but as the company grew, things got worse for sales reps. A lot of changes that made it tougher to sell here, aggressive sales targets, and we are often the more expensive option compared to our competitors. There are reps that do extremely well here, but the success distribution is pretty top heavy, and less even across the team. Base is below average but commission structure is solid
