Current Employee Overall, its a toxic environment. There is a "girls club" on the account management side of the company and unless you are one of leadership's 1 or 2 favorite people in any given segment you will be fighting an uphill battle.
Post IPO, its a sales org that has shrunk in size and the impact of this is that many good reps were laid off or were forced to give up their good accounts to favored reps.
