Success really depends on what segment you land in. The same metrics are carried throughout segments, which doesn't align with expectations. IE Enterprise's number of opportunities will be fewer in quantity but higher ACV than smaller segments. Great culture, and most employees are wonderful. Some management struggles and a logjam when it comes to being promoted, which is the reason people leave after time.

Overall a great company if not a little arrogant. The biggest challenge at Braze is, and likely will be for the foreseeable future, the internal politics. Truly can't get out of their own way to get deals done at times. That said, it's hard to harp on much else. They are paving the way and the tech is gold standard.

Poor leadership, BDR teams relying on inbounds. No career paths for BDRS, new SMB AE job postings requiring 2 years of closing experience as a way to not fill those positions internally
