This is related to my former question regarding the pay structure and PTO. Unfortunately, Repvue is yet to introduce a reply feature, which would be nice. I've heard a number of times now that it's not recommended to work as an SDR here. Why would you not recommend being an SDR at Brex?

More QuestionsIs Brex no longer a fully remote compa y? I remember talking with a recruiter last year and they made a big deal out of Brex's remote first culture....The way the recruiter made the base pay sound, I wasn't quite sure if she meant they pay SDRs a salary and then hourly for overtime, or if it's always hourly.
Any clarification would be welcome!
I am also curious to know how that impacts PTO, and how much of that there is.
