It feels like Brex has done a great job at rebuilding the sales org over the last year. However, the foundations are cracked with long time leaders being pushed out of the business, and confidence in the CRO at an all time low. We are getting absolutely stomped out by ramp but seems like we are ok with second place and believe the market is big enough for the both of us. Overall, as an interviewee, I would proceed with caution.

I really enjoyed working at Brex. I felt challenged and empowered. The people are what really made the job so enjoyable. The only thing I would change is the support in career growth, it was often unclear and found that there was a lot of internal politics.
