The idea is that they are hiring way faster than the pipeline can keep up, but they don't really take that into consideration right now. Given the company's high growth around other segments and just natural growth, the segment you end up in is the greatest predictor of how well you will do. Honestly Brex as a company is hitting some incredible strides but across the segments it doesn't feel that way, most people are frustrated on the sales floor. Which didn't used to be the case.

Used to be good. With new changes in leadership, the sales structure became somewhat aimless and the coaching is inexistent.

Run, don’t walk away from any opportunities to be in sales here. CRO is terrible. He still thinks Sandler is cutting edge for enterprise, is constantly talking about himself and how great he is, and always jeopardizes deals with his useless micromanagement. Everything here is smoke and mirrors. I have never seen a company try so hard to NOT sell their solutions.
