The management is solid but like most companies each department and person within has their own goals and objectives they need to hit so It can sometimes be tricky to come to a conclusion of targets and KPIs to hit.

Former Employee4.1Jan 23, 2024I had a great experience with Brex. They have an upcoming product and lots of money going into R&D. The GTM though is a little rough. They started as a card provider and now are selling software. As a sales rep, I got to create my own sales motion and demo my own product. Quota and GTM kept changing was the only thing to be concerned about.
