Former Employee2.1Oct 9, 2024By far the worst professional experience of my career. Management is extremely inexperienced and there is a culture of micro-management. They say they have a culture of "growth mindset" however, no one takes feedback and it is a "my way or the highway" type of environment. I would not recommend anyone to work here.

Current Employee3.9Jul 31, 2023My overall experience so far has been great in terms of getting support to ramp up, team mates helping me with little things or big things really. The management is solid but like most companies each department and person within has their own goals and objectives they need to hit so It can sometimes be tricky to come to a conclusion of targets and KPIs to hit.
