An excellent place to learn sales - they have a strong playbook and seller enablement. Enjoyed my time here, but you eventually tire of the micromanagement and lack of long term earning potential growth.

There is little to no personal/professional development here. It’s head down grind to hit your numbers and management turns their heads when people cheat to do so. Most of the SDRs and AEs are incredible and respectable, but leadership only cares about numbers and will push unethical tactics on you to hit them. Pay is good if you are hitting your numbers.

The hired me for an outside senior sales executive role and gave me absolutely NO training besides watching demos and telling me to recreate them and follow a script word for word….
