Training is almost non-existent, and what little training you do receive is next to useless. Commission percentages are decreased every quarter for AEs and SDRs. Clawbacks of commissions are frequent; the company will take any chance it can to make sure you aren't paid what you're owed. The CEO implements sales changes each month designed to make him more money, at the expense of increasing difficulty for AEs to close deals, while targets, leads (both quality & quantity), and win rate expectations stay the same. The only pro of this company is interacting with your lovely peer colleagues that have collectively trauma bonded in their shared pain inflicted by the executive team. Turnover was an alarming 54% last quarter; many employees chose to leave without another opportunity lined up. The hiring team will sell you on a dream of the amount of money you can make and the growth roadmap of the business; the truth is they're desperate to hire because they have lost so many employees. Think long and carefully when considering BrightHR as your next career move.
