good place to make money if you are in the good graces of management. they will feed you really good leads. If you are sick, take vacation, have an off day/week you will be punnished. Not a good place to spend your career but pays well for a short period of time. Lots of rumours of grooming, #metoo culture, heavy drug usage. Stay far away if you cannot handle large amounts of stress and being yelled at daily
